WoodSpring Suites Moreno Valley

Our stay here has been outstanding! The rates are unmatched in comparison to other hotels in the area, that offer far less in amenities and accommodations. I love the kitchenette feature and full- size refrigerator, that provides the option to save even further by preparing meals instead of wasting money on fast food. This is really helpful for people who need an extended stay. The laundry room on the facility is clean, convenient and has enough washers & dryers to fit the size of the facility & amount of guests, perfectly. The real highlight of our stay has been the staff. Tiffany (GM), Tony (AGM), Jocelyn and Jade ( Front Desk Agent's) are welcoming, eager to provide assistance, professional and always willing to help with any questions, concerns or requests. Even the housekeeping staff are kind and helpful. I truly haven't experienced any negative interactions or rudeness. I appreciate their willingness to go above & beyond in providing excellent service and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Moreno Valley area.

Room was great , I got a room with a kitchen sink and big refrigerator and only paid 112 for the night I think . Very nice lady at the front I didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet . Room was nice and clean didn’t have no issues rather than the water pressure in the shower other than that it’s a great room for a great price highly recommend will be booking again!!

Denise was so helpful when she checked us in. She made it feel very welcoming. She answered all of our questions and showed us to our room. We will be back!

I'm basing my rating without actually staying here. Due to a family emergency, some of my family just checked in. Of course, I had to go check things out just like any other parent/grandparent. The room is large and very clean. Other guest were pleasant and everyone seems to stay to themselves. When I dropped some stuff off at 11:00 pm, there was no one hanging out in the parking lot, no loud noises, no scary people, nothing that would be considered unsafe or ghetto. I am relieved that my loved ones are safe, in a safe environment, and close by. If I were the guest, I'm sure it would be 5 stars all the way across as my family said the staff is amazing. First time staying at WoodSpring Suites Moreno Valley and really enjoyed our stay (even though brief). Room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is nice, especially the full size fridge because we tend to do a fair amount of food adventures when we come up this way. Great location for getting to everything we like. Looking forward to a longer stay next time.

I was a little resistant to stay here at first, due to the reviews, but actually being there this place is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful, Although in Customer service they do have their own way of doing things due to problems they may receive from other clients, but from My experience they did just fine my room was clean, They’re very helpful at the front desk as long as you give them respect, There is children here Due to some families living here longer than others, and that is also OK as the noise is down in the nighttime when it’s time for bed, It’s close to shopping centers and around other areas. Overall, I would stay here again

I’m new to the area so I didn’t know what to expect but this extended stay was great! The whole staff was pleasant as soon as I walked in. They made me feel like I was part of the family. I went through alot of challenges during my stay but God held my hand and walked me through it! Being in an extended stay has some ups and downs but you learn to get by! Daniel the GM helped a lot when he could he never once wasn’t able to fix an issue that I was having. Shay the Assistant Manager was right there as well to help! The front desk ladies Josie and Jade was always smiling and pleasant when it was time to pay my rent! When I needed maintenance Raul was fast and efficient! The night crew on duty Will and Ray held down the fort during the late nights and I appreciated them especially when I needed something so late! My room didn’t need much cleaning but housekeeping came to switch my towels and sheets when I needed! The housekeeper that was always assigned to clean my room was Araya - she brings joy to me every time I see her!! Since I stayed for 7 months there I was able to meet so many new friends! Some I consider a part of my family now especially when I was down! They were all there to help me cope through a difficult time in my life! Overall, my stay was great, I could’ve been anywhere but Woodspring Suites was definitely a home away from home!

We’ve been here since September and haven’t had any issues. Both Tiffany and Tony always listen to my concerns and accommodate me and my family with whatever is needed. I would also like to thank the other front desk employees for their nice attitudes and exceptional service. We’re going to be here for a long while and honestly, I don’t mind it. Everything is within close proximity to me and I can get my kids to school and back home in no time.
